Figi's Credit Details

Eligibility: The Figi's three payment plan is only available to residents of the USA, US territories, and APO and FPO addresses who meet Figi's credit standards. No interest is charged by Figi's on the three payment plan.

Credit Reports: You give Figi's permission to investigate your credit standing by obtaining a credit report or by directly contacting others who have information about you in connection with your application for credit and later in connection with any renewal or extension of credit or the review or collection or your account.

Late-Payment: If any of your payments are not received by the payment due date we may charge you a late payment fee of up to $5.00 where permitted by law.

Non-Payment: Figi's may report information about your account to credit bureaus. Late payments, missed payments, or other defaults on your account may be reflected in your credit report. If you have any questions regarding what is reported on your credit report please send a letter, including your customer number, to Figi's Inc., Recovery Operations, P.O. Box 7713, Marshfield, WI 54449-7713. If your order is placed with an outside collection agency as a result of non-payment, a collection fee of up to $29.00 will be added to your unpaid balance where permitted by law.

Phone: You authorize Figi's to call you (including using auto dialers and pre-recorded calls) or send you text messages regarding your account at any number you provide to Figi's or Figi's otherwise lawfully obtains, including wireless devices. You agree any costs you incur for calls or text messages to or from Figi's will not be reimbursed by Figi's.

Married Wisconsin Residents: No provision of any marital property agreement, unilateral agreement, or court decree under Wisconsin's Marital Property Act will adversely affect a creditor's interest unless, prior to the time credit is granted, the creditor is furnished a copy of that agreement or decree or is given complete information about the agreement or decree.

Returned Payments will receive a service fee of up to $30.00 where permitted by law.
