How do I return a package to Figi's?

If the package is unopened and you are returning the whole order, simply write "Refused" on the outside of the package and give it to your mail carrier or Post Office.

If returning a partial order, or if you opened the package, please rewrap in the original packaging. If this is not possible, please enclose the mailing label along with your preferred resolution, such as reshipment or a credit to your credit card. Retain a copy of your postal receipt for your records and mail to:
