Food Safety Specialist (Marshfield)
This position will create and champion a comprehensive Food Safety Plan that embraces all operations of Figi's Companies, Inc. and satisfies the requirements of the Food Safety Modernization Act. They will work alongside Distribution Management to assure necessary and complete documentation as well as appropriate organizational communication and training. Determine record keeping requirements and execute retention policies that comply with Corporate standards and federal regulations. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Food Science or Technology as well as a minimum of 2 years' experience in a food facility. Must demonstrate effective technical writing and project management skills.
IS Project Manager/Site Leader (Marshfield)
This position is responsible for building a set of common practices and procedures and managing the IS projects throughout the organization. They will also act as the IS Site Leader for one of our divisions located in Marshfield, WI and will be able to lead in coaching and mentoring of team members to help them achieve individual expectations and deliverables. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. At least 5 years of experience is required managing project portfolios, creating methodologies and managing projects to meet objectives. At least 5 years of project management experience is required in a variety of disciplines, including but not limited to IS Analysts, IS Developers, IS Operations, Help Desk and PMO. Project Management Institute certification (PMP) is preferred. Transportation/Logistics Supervisor (Marshfield)
This position is responsible for managing, planning, organizing, budgeting and staffing the Logistics department to assure timely and cost effective delivery of all freight and parcels. This includes researching and implementing services that will minimize costs and maximize output. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with an emphasis in transportation or logistics. Three to Five years of related experience is required. Candidates must have excellent communication and organizational skills, strong computer skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment, and the ability to effectively coach and motivate through positive communication and feedback.
This position develops catalog and internet merchandising plans to help the organization meet its goals. Remains future oriented, harnesses creativity and utilizes research and data analysis to help ensure the business remains competitive. Partners internally and externally to ensure product needs are met. Qualifications include: Associates degree in Business with a Bachelor's degree preferred. Candidates must have at least 3 years of verifiable experience in buying or product development. The ideal candidate will have the ability to use retail math skills to analyze and interpret data, communicate effectively with internal and external customers/suppliers, multi-task in a fast-paced environment, solve problems, manage time and supervise others. This position may require occasional travel to trade shows, usually averaging 3-4 days per trip several times during the year.
