Contact Center Manager (Marshfield)
The Contact Center Manager will assure an outstanding customer experience by translating the organization's business mission and goals into its Contact Center operations. This will include establishing Contact Center policies and procedures, providing daily operational oversight, ensuring the highest level of cost-effective Customer Service, and driving value proposition metrics. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in business management or related field and at least 3 years of management experience in a customer service environment. Candidates must have managing forecasting, scheduling and reporting initiatives. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and will have the ability to provide mentor and lead their team through positive communication and feedback.
