This position is responsible for overseeing the movement of all inbound, outbound, and Company freight to all internal and external locations to ensure efficiency. Implements and educates other departments on the most efficient and cost-effective transportation resources, and monitors and reports on all operational adjustments that are made. Manages Company drivers in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and monitors schedules and operating plans to meet customer needs. Researches and maintains the most cost-effective procedures and systems that can be applied to all areas of the Traffic Department. eCommerce Analyst - Forecast & Web Analytics (Marshfield)
This position is responsible for preparing and analyzing profit and loss statements and all reports related to the financial health of the eCommerce program. This position is also responsible for reporting and analysis of website analytics for the purpose of optimizing user experience, increasing conversion, reducing abandonment and maximizing ROI. As well as applying profit/return on investment formulas to deliver models and other statistical solutions used in marketing decision making; utilize reporting databases for additional analysis. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field, as well as 3 plus years of broad-based online marketing experience with supervisory experience. Candidates should have a working knowledge of list segmentation, modeling, forecasting, profit and loss statements, data mining and analysis software, and website analytics software. Candidates must have effective written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational skills, strong decision making and problem solving skills, strong analytical skills and must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
This position is responsible to develop a merchandising plan that meets the customer's expectations, as well as the objectives of the company and financial goals. This includes assortment planning, product selection and development, financial analysis and planning, catalog and web merchandising and competitor and trend analysis. Partners internally and externally to ensure product needs are met.
Requirements include Bachelor's degree in a Merchandising, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field and at least three to five years of experience in retail, buying or product development. Product Development – Gift Designer (Marshfield)
This position conceptualizes designs and plans gifts for Figi's in Good Taste Division to support the Merchandising assortment plan. It will also be responsible for all phases of development in regards to material cost and production efficiencies. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent but an Associate's Degree in Merchandising, Business Administration or related field is preferred. Experience in product development from a retail or catalog environment strongly recommended. Candidate must possess the following skills to be successful in this role: creativity, analytical, strong written & verbal communication skills and results oriented.
Warehouse Manager (Stevens Point)
This position is responsible for managing daily warehouse operations at Stevens Point facility. They will direct, control and supervise all product and personnel within the Warehouse so that product is stored for optimal use by the Distribution Center. Ensure appropriate availability and proper flow of product for use by the Distribution Center and Assembly areas. Manages department supervisors and coordinate coverage between multiple sites. Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial Management/Industry Technology and three to five years of pervious warehouse experience. Multi-site background a plus. Candidates must have demonstrated leadership abilities, ability to identify issues and improve processes, effective communication skills, experience with warehouse profiling principles, analytical skills and be positive and forward thinking.
