Food Safety Specialist (Marshfield)
This position will create and champion a comprehensive Food Safety Plan that embraces all operations of Figi's Companies, Inc. and satisfies the requirements of the Food Safety Modernization Act. They will work alongside Distribution Management to assure necessary and complete documentation as well as appropriate organizational communication and training. This includes determining record keeping requirements and executing retention policies that comply with corporate standards and federal regulations.Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Food Science or Technology as well as a minimum of 2 years' experience in a food facility. Candidates must demonstrate effective technical writing and project management skills.
IS Project Manager/Site Leader (Marshfield)
This position is responsible for building a set of common practices and procedures and managing the IS projects throughout the organization. They will also act as the IS Site Leader for one of our divisions located in Marshfield, WI and will be able to lead in coaching and mentoring of team members to help them achieve individual expectations and deliverables. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Print Operations Analyst (Marshfield)
This position works closely with the Marketing team to analyze mail plans and develop cost of delivery forecasts and mailing procedures to achieve optimal mailstream and postage efficiencies. This includes researching, analyzing and recommending opportunities to increase mail response rates and cost savings; monitoring, coordinating and processing catalog and other Marketing mailings; as well as developing and publishing print and mail timelines. Qualifications include a Bachelors degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field, plus one year of related experience in a mail order industry. Candidates must have excellent analytical and problem solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
This position develops catalog and internet merchandising plans to help the organization meet its goals. The Buyer remains future oriented, harnesses creativity and utilizes research and data analysis to help ensure the business remains competitive. This includes fostering internal and external partnerships to ensure product needs are met. Qualifications include an Associate degree in Business; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Candidates must have at least 3 years of verifiable experience in buying or product development. Materials Planner Scheduler (Marshfield)
This position is responsible for proactively reviewing the master production plan, bill of materials requirements, and inventory levels to verify that the master schedule can be executed to plan; and to develop alternatives when material shortages prevent the timely execution of the original schedule. The ideal candidate will possess: a minimum of one year of experience in planning, scheduling or logistics in food manufacturing or assembly operations and a two year degree in Logistics, Management Information Systems or related field. Excellent written and oral communication skills, priority management skills, ability to solve problems and make sound decisions, good working knowledge of operations related to shipping, warehouse and production and working knowledge of planning software systems are essential for success in this position.
