Food Safety Specialist (Marshfield)

This position is responsible to manage the documentation, implementation, verification and validation of the comprehensive Food Safety Plan as required by the Food Safety Modernization Act. Function as the co-author of the plan and the implementation facilitator to assure that all necessary documents are created, that all necessary awareness training is conducted and recorded, that all necessary monitoring programs are in place and functioning as intended, that all supporting programs are fully functional, that corrective actions are implemented and documented when necessary and that all required records are created and retained as described in the regulatory requirements. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Food Science or Technology as well as a minimum 3 to 5 years managing food safety and quality programs. Possess sufficient experience and obtain enough FDA recognized training to be considered a "Qualified Individual" by FDA and a credible author of Figi's Food Safety Plan.

IS Project Manager/Site Leader (Marshfield)

This position is responsible for building a set of common practices and procedures and managing the IS projects throughout the organization. They will also act as the IS Site Leader for one of our divisions located in Marshfield, WI and will be able to lead in coaching and mentoring of team members to help them achieve individual expectations and deliverables. Contact Center Manager (Marshfield)

The Contact Center Manager will assure an outstanding customer experience by translating the organization's business mission and goals into its Contact Center operations. This position will manage all details of gift design and reworks for Figi's Gifts in Good Taste Division, supporting Merchandising assortment plan and company goals. This position will be responsible for all phases of development including product design, photo samples, costing, BOM and gift routing, while maximizing material cost and production efficiencies. This position also ensures gifts are designed, developed, costed, and reviewed on schedule. Qualifications include proven experience in product development from retail or catalog environment and a degree in Merchandising or Business preferred. Office Coordinator/Shipping (Marshfield)

This position is responsible for supporting the Distribution Centers' supervisory team, conducting the onboarding process for employees, maintain the systems used to manage department standards, performing the daily label download process and reporting, and coordinating shipment reconciliation. Production Supervisor/Float (Marshfield)

This position is responsible for the daily supervision of part time and seasonal associates in our Gift Assembly departments. This position will travel between the home base of Marshfield, to the Stevens Point and Neillsville production facilities and may be required to work multiple shifts. This includes training and monitoring associate performance, balancing daily workload across production assembly lines, maintaining adequate inventory of supplies to meet production needs, and monitoring department productivity levels for maximum efficiency. Qualifications include: 2 year degree in business, supervisory management or related field and one or more years of experience in a leadership position. Degree requirement may be waived for candidates with verifiable leadership experience and demonstrated achievement of results. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts is helpful.
