Semi-Truck Driver (Marshfield)
This position is responsible for moving product between Figi's facilities in Marshfield, Stevens Point and Neillsville, as well as outside storage facilities in surrounding areas. Drivers will operate a tractor/trailer to transport product and are responsible for maintaining proper paperwork. Qualifications include a current CDL and 3 years of prior CDL driving experience (100,000 miles). Candidates must have knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, and must be able to use a pallet jack as required by the position. The successful candidate will be required to pass a DOT physical and drug screen. This position will work primarily day shift hours, and will work less than 30 hours per week with an average of 25 hours per week.
ICS Coordinator (Marshfield)
This position is responsible for maintaining and updating inventory and department records to help ensure efficient running of the department; this may include entering data, running reports, and providing various administrative support to the department. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent with emphasis in administrative or bookkeeping activities and at least one year of experience with Microsoft Windows based software. A successful candidate should be detailed orientated with highly accurate typing/data entry skills, good interpersonal and verbal communication skills, and basic math skills. Work hours are first shift up to 30 hours per week and will fluctuate based on business need.
Line Worker (Neillsville)
This position is responsible for working in an assembly line fashion as part of a 4-12 person team, inserting components to finish a gift. This position is also responsible for boxing or bagging product that will be used as a gift component. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to use small tools and equipment. This is a fast paced, team oriented position and requires frequent twisting, bending, reaching, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, 30 on a regular basis, and 5 pounds frequently. Work hours are 6 am – 11:30 am or 11:45 am – 5:15 pm both are Monday – Friday shifts. Note: Hours may fluctuate based on business need.
