After one year of service and 1,000 work hours, our part time associates are eligible for paid time off, disability benefit plan, 401(k) matching contributions, as well as profit sharing contributions.

Retail Store Lead (Marshfield)

This position is responsible for assisting the Store Manager with all aspects of daily operations, providing excellent customer service to all customers while professionally selling Figi's product, and helping ensure and enforce all company policies and procedures are being followed. This position will also be responsible to open and close the store and assigning tasks for the sales associates. Qualifications include previous experience in a customer service or retail role is required. Previous management/supervisory experience is preferred. Candidate must have strong communication skills, be able to train and motivate associates, as well as complete tasks independently. This position will work less than 29 hours per week on average normally between the hours of 9:30 am and 6:30 pm and does require weekends.

HR Coordinator (Marshfield)

This professional position is responsible for working with department leaders to develop and implement staffing plans, recruit qualified candidates, and provide guidance with employee relations issues, retention strategies and regulatory compliance. Qualifications include an Associate degree in Human Resources or related field, plus 1-2 years of experience in human resources functions, including recruitment and employee relations. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, the ability to effectively manage time and multitask, strong computer skills, and an upbeat and energetic attitude.
