Merchandising Specialist (Marshfield)

This position is responsible for assisting the Merchandiser in all aspects of assortment planning as well as maintaining analysis and data, following up with suppliers, ordering in samples and images from vendors and requesting necessary product and supplier paperwork. This position is also responsible for supporting the Merchandise product assortment plan with successful products to meet corporate goals. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent as well as 1 year of related experience or education required. Candidates must have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy in entering data, must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with team members as well as individuals across multiple departments, and must be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will be proficient with Microsoft Office programs. Work hours are first shift business hours with less than 30 hours per week.

Team Lead - Sanitation (Neillsville)

This position is accountable for ensuring that all health and food safety cleaning and sanitation requirements are met in the most cost effective manner possible. This does not include bathroom or office cleaning; this position is responsible for the production floor only. This position is also is responsible for leading and developing sanitation team members to assist in the attainment of business goals and delivery of goods and services. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and one or more years of experience in a leadership position. Academic requirements may be waived for candidates that possess one or more years of verifiable leadership experience. A successful candidate should be able to foster teamwork, coach and develop others, promote and recognize continuous improvement and utilize a computer and other office equipment. Work hours are second shift and with less than 30 hours per week and will fluctuate based on business need.
