Business Improvement/Manufacturing Time Studies – (Marshfield & Neillsville)
This position is responsible for the following: Conduct process observations, time studies and line rebalancing. Identify and implement new production techniques and/or processes to achieve a reduction in wasted motion and line imbalance within the food gift assembly processes. Lead role in the development, implantation and documentation of standard work. Candidates must possess the ability to: Observe processes, Operate a stopwatch, Conduct time studies and document standard work, Recognize waste, Problem solve, Communicate with others, Utilize computers, Microsoft Office software, copiers, and other office equipment. Attendance and reliability are critical.
Line Worker (Stevens Point)
This position is responsible for preparing customer orders for shipment. Responsibilities may require working in different areas of the shipping and gift assembly departments as needed and include picking gifts in the warehouse as well as filling and verifying customer orders. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and good hand/eye coordination. This is a fast paced, team oriented position and requires frequent twisting, bending, reaching, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Work hours are first shift with less than 40 hours per week (all hours are based on business needs).
ICS Seasonal Coordinator (Stevens Point)
This seasonal position is responsible for maintaining and updating inventory and department records to help ensure efficient running of the department; this may include entering data, running reports, and providing various administrative support to the department. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent with emphasis in administrative or bookkeeping activities and at least one year of experience with Microsoft Windows based software. A successful candidate should be detailed orientated with highly accurate typing/data entry skills, good interpersonal and verbal communication skills, and basic math skills. Work hours are first shift up to 40 hours per week and will fluctuate based on business need.
