What is My Account?
My Account provides Figi’s customers many benefits that make gift giving so easy! Sign up for an account and you can check the status of your order and access your credit account information. You will be provided with your own online address book, which makes sending gifts to friends and family a breeze. How can I change my password?
Sign into
My Account, then select the “Change Password” option from the list of options. You will be asked for your old password as well as a new password. Be sure to fill all blanks and click on OK when you are done.

What if I forgot my password?
Try to sign in, and if you enter an incorrect password you will receive the following message: "Click here if you have forgotten your password". Clicking on this link will allow you to answer the security question you have previously provided to us. If you provide the correct response, your password will be forwarded to you in an email.  Please be sure to record your password in a safe place for future use.

How can I update my address book?
Sign in to My Account, select "Address Book" from the list of options and update your address book using the delete, change, and add buttons.

How do I place my order via www.figis.com?
Figis.com offers two unique ways to order: browse our products online or place a "Quick Catalog Order".

Browse our products online.
Those who enjoy the convenience of gift shopping and ordering online can browse our products online. You may shop using the search function, located at the top left-hand side of every page, and the gift categories listed on the left-hand side.  These will enable you to make quick, easy gift selections. When you find gifts you want to order, click on "Add to Shopping Cart". Then follow the online instructions to place your order. When you order this way, you'll receive Figi’s special surprise gift and other online offers.

Quick Catalog Orders.
When you already have our catalog and know what you wish to order, this is the way to go. Click on the "Quick Catalog Order" tab at the top of the homepage. You’ll go directly to checkout, and this streamlined ordering process also ensures that you receive your free gift(s) and other special catalog offers.

May I search for gifts on figis.com?
Yes, you can search for gifts from every page on figis.com. The search box is located at the top left of every page and allows you to enter keywords or a Gift #.

How does Figi’s 3-pay plan work?
Simply choose Figi’s Credit on our checkout page. Your order will be reviewed, and upon credit approval, your payment will be deferred and you will have 3 months to pay. Best of all, you will be charged no interest. Click here for further details. If you already have a catalog, the credit terms and conditions on your order form apply.

What are the free gifts and how do I receive them?
Figi’s free gifts are sample size tokens of our appreciation that we include with orders.  If you qualify for a free gift it will be included with your order or you can have it shipped to one of your gift recipients.  Click on Free Gifts for details.

How do I receive a Figi’s catalog?
Simply click on the Request a Catalog tab at the top of the home page and complete the requested information to receive your free Figi’s catalog.

Can I order gift certificates for Figi’s merchandise?
Yes! Figi's offers gift certificates that may be redeemed for all available products, online and in our catalog. Shop our gift certificate options and discover how easy giving great gifts can be!

Can I include a personal greeting from myself to my gift recipient?
Yes. Our ordering process provides you with an opportunity to select from a variety of greetings, and to add your own personal message.  The greeting and message will appear on the address label on the exterior of the package.

Does Figi’s provide express methods of delivery?
Yes, Figi’s provides Express Delivery, Guaranteed 1 Day, and Guaranteed 2 Day Express Delivery as options for an additional fee on a per address or per item basis. Normal express delivery is made via Priority Mail through the US Post Office.  Click Figi’s

How do I return a package to Figi’s?
If the package is unopened and you are returning the whole order, simply write “Refused” on the outside of the package and give it to your mail carrier or Post Office.

If returning a partial order, or if you opened the package, please rewrap in the original packaging.  If this is not possible, please enclose the mailing label along with your preferred resolution, such as reshipment or a credit to your account. Retain a copy of your postal receipt for your records and mail to:

How will Figi’s ship my order?
The majority of Figi’s orders are shipped via the United States Post Office.  However, we do have a variety of delivery methods available.  Please contact us for details.

When can I expect my order to ship?
Now orders, using Standard Shipping typically ship from Figi's within 1-2 business days, and then arrive to most locations within 5-9 business days, following credit approval and on in-stock items only.

If the above dates do not meet your needs, inform us at time of order.

•Express Shipping (2-5 business days)
•Express Plus Shipping (2 business days)
•Rush Shipping (1 business day)

How do I calculate shipping charges?
Your shipping charges are determined as shown in the chart located on the Shipping Charges page. An additional $2.99 per shipping address (including gifts shipped to your address, but not to exceed 10 addresses) is added to the base shipping charge. Any additional addresses ship FREE! Note: We use per address shipping charges to more accurately reflect our actual shipping costs.

If free gifts are sent to an address alone, the $2.99 per address charge will apply.

Add $8.95 for each address shipped via Express Shipping. This is in addition to the $2.99 per address charge.

Add $11.95 for each address shipped via Express Plus Shipping. This is in addition to the $2.99 per address charge.

Add $17.95 for each address shipped via Rush Shipping. This is in addition to the $2.99 per address charge.

For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and U.S. Possessions, add an additional $6.95 per address. This is in addition to the $2.99 per address charge. (No express shipping available).

For shipments to Canada, Mexico, add an additional $7.95 per address. (No express shipping available).

For APO/FPO Air Delivery add $1.95 per address. This is in addition to the $2.99 per address charge. (No express shipping available)

What shipping restrictions does Figi’s have?

Arizona regulations prohibit fresh fruit delivery.

No fresh fruit, plants or cheesecake can be sent to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or U.S. possessions.

Canadian regulations prohibit plant or fresh fruit deliveries from the U.S.

Fresh fruit, plants, cheesecake and smoked meat cannot be sent to APO/FPO addresses.

May I ship to foreign countries?
Figi’s will ship to Puerto Rico, Canada and other U.S. Possessions.  Non-perishable items, such as keepsakes and decorative gifts, may be shipped to Mexico.  We're sorry, but we do not offer any other foreign deliveries at this time.

What happens to my information?
Information regarding how to contact you (e-mail address, telephone number, address, etc.) from your order form is used to fulfill your order request, and to send you future offers.  Your contact information is also used if we have a question about your order.  All financial information, such as your credit card number and billing address, is retained for billing purposes only.  Please refer to Figi’s Privacy Policy for additional information.
