Careers Maintenance Technician (Marshfield) Our Maintenance Technician performs a variety of work in the general maintenance and repair of equipment, buildings and facilities. This includes troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of industrial equipment and conveyors, fabrication of metal equipment, and maintenance and repair of company buildings, as well as assisting with grounds maintenance as needed. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, plus 2-3 years of related experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical and painting projects is required. Familiarity with PLC’s (programmable logic controllers) is helpful. Candidates must have good verbal communication skills, the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the company, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. 
Call Center Representative (Marshfield) This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Figi’s customers. This includes answering incoming customer calls, processing order information, and providing timely resolution to customer inquiries. This position also assists in coaching seasonal customer service agents to develop skills, and is cross trained to assist in other Order Processing departments if work volumes are high. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent. Candidates must have exceptional customer service and communication skills, technical ability to operate various order entry systems, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. This is a second shift position with work hours during the afternoon and evening. 
Purchasing Specialist (Marshfield) This position provides administrative support to the Purchasing department. This includes ensuring that purchases are processed and received in a timely manner, maintaining purchase order records and vendor information files, and updating various department reports. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, plus two years of additional training in the administrative field. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Candidates must have excellent communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and must be proficient in Microsoft Office software applications. 
Programmer Analyst (Marshfield) This position is responsible for designing and managing implementation of information technology solutions that streamline business processes. This includes programming, analysis, design, testing, and support for mainframe and PC computer applications for internal and external customers. Qualifications include an Associates or Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field, plus four years of practical experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Candidates must have excellent organizational and problem solving skills, as well as experience working with COBOL, Assembler, CICS, and Telon.
