Web Designer
The Web Designer works with the Figi’s Creative Team and is responsible for production and design of new and existing web pages, in order to create an exceptional web experience for the Figi’s customer.  Qualifications include a Bachelors degree in graphic design or related field, plus 1-2 years experience in website production.  Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.  Candidates must be technically-savvy with a strong foundation in interactive design, graphic design, and typography.  Experience with Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop, HTML and CSS is required.

Manager – Remote Call Center Services
This position manages inbound and outbound call center activities at our Stevens Point Call center.  In addition, this position is responsible for coordination efforts to bring additional remote call center locations to operational status, and sourcing and contracting with service bureaus to assure adequate staffing levels.  Qualifications include a Bachelors degree in Business or related field, plus 5 years of experience in a supervisory role.  Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.  Candidates must have a general understanding of contact center technology (PBX, call routing, IVR, etc.) and work process improvement solutions.  The successful candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as strong team-building abilities and customer service focus. 
Travel is required in this position.  **Relocation package available!**

E-Commerce Analyst
This position supports the email marketing efforts and coordinates online marketing promotions.  This includes maintenance, deployment, and analysis of email campaigns; managing daily operations of the Affiliate Program; and analyzing ROI of various email marketing programs.  Qualifications include a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field, plus three years of experience in online marketing.  Candidates must have a general understanding of marketing list segmentation, data modeling & forecasting, P&L statements, and must be familiar with data mining and analysis software.  The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and decision making skills, will be proficient in Microsoft Excel, and will be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Customer Services Supervisor
This position is responsible for the daily supervision of 50-70 telephone agents performing inbound and outbound customer service activity in the contact center.  The supervisor will play an important role in ensuring that Customer Service Representatives are meeting or exceeding established service levels.  Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, with emphasis in business administration or customer service.  Two years of previous supervisory experience is required, with a strong emphasis in customer service.  Candidates must have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications. Strong supervisory skills are a must.  The ability to effectively coach and motivate through positive communication and feedback is essential for success in this role.  This position will primarily work first shift daytime hours, and will transition to afternoon/evening hours during peak season.  Some weekend work will be required on a rotating basis during peak season.

Manager – Workforce Planning & Analytics
This position implements workforce management tools within the call center to meet established service levels; provides ongoing analysis of call center operations, workforce planning and scheduling; and identifies opportunities to improve staff utilization and service level metrics.  This includes managing inbound and outbound call flow among various call centers, providing scheduling services to meet forecasted staffing levels, and analyzing call center performance history and statistics to identify trends.  Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, plus 5 years of experience in a supervisory role.  Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.  Candidates must have a good understanding of contact center technology (PBX, call routing, IVR, etc.), advanced statistical analysis skills, and significant experience with work process improvement solutions.  The successful candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, analytical and interpersonal skills, as well as strong team-building abilities and customer service focus.  **Relocation package available!**

Part Time Opportunities

Credit Assistant Supervisor (Marshfield)
This position provides support to the credit supervisor and assists with training first and second shift associates. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively, supervise and direct associates according to the department’s policies and procedures.  This positions will primarily work second shift, rotating weekend work is required during the peak season which will begin in late fall.  One year of related experience is required.  Previous supervisory experience is helpful.

Seasonal Merchandiser (Marshfield)
Assists Web Merchandiser in keeping Web programs organized.  Maintain department Excel spreadsheets, following up with vendors, ordering in samples and images from vendors.  Creates products for Web programs and special projects as instructed. Computer skills in Microsoft Office are required.  Recommend 2-5 years as entry level Designer or previous similar experience.  Strong organizational skills are a must. Possess strong creative ability; excellent understanding of customer needs.  Operate computer systems and other general office equipment; good interpersonal, written and verbal communications; basic math skills; professional demeanor and appearance; ability to interact professionally with a wide variety of people and deal effectively with time pressures, stress and changing priorities. This position will work 32 hours per week, will have periods of layoff.

1st Shift Dock Supervisor (Stevens Point)
Required to oversee the proper verification, quality control, and simultaneous loading operations of multiple trailers and the direct supervision of 15-25 personnel. Leadership skills. Previous supervisory experience helpful. Attention to detail, computer skills, record keeping, standing for an extended period of time, lifting up to 40 pounds, hand/eye coordination, use of small tools and equipment, self motivated, ability to give directions, team player, dependability, people skills. Work in both hot and cold environment. Supervisory/Management/Leadership experience a bonus. Work hours will vary according to general business needs (less during summer timeframe). Average 40 hours per week during peak season with scheduled/unscheduled overtime to meet department needs.

Order Edit Assistant Supervisor (Marshfield)
This position will be responsible for supervising and training employees as well as providing support in all areas of the department.  Candidates will also be insuring customers’ orders are complete and accurate and may be calling customers for additional information when needed.  This position will also provide the department with clerical duties and leadership.  Experience in supervising and training are beneficial.   Must be familiar with a PC.  The hours of this position in 20-40 hours per week, may have reduced hours or periods of layoff depending on work load.  Mornings, afternoons and evening shifts with some possible weekends, working mostly on second shift.

Safety Coordinator (Marshfield)
This position supports the Figi’s Safety Committee by maintaining company-wide safety programs.  This includes scheduling periodic safety audits and organizing results, coordinating annual safety training, and maintaining training records.  Qualifications include a high school diploma with additional training in safety and/or OSHA related topics.  Candidates must have excellent communication and organizational skills, strong computer skills using Microsoft Office software applications, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.  This is a part-time position, averaging 20 hours per week.

Office Clerk (Stevens Point)
Clerical duties include a combination of answering telephones, transferring calls and typing. Must have strong 10 key skills and good attention to detail. Knowledge in Access and/or Excel a plus. Key stock transfers and inventory adjustments into the mainframe. Update labor reporting. Submit and keep track of employee orders. Audit previous days' work. During slow times need to be able to work in Gift assembly or Shipping departments; this requires standing for long periods of time. Good oral communication skills. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to lift 30 lbs People friendly and good organizational skills. Work hours will vary according to general business needs (less during summer timeframe generally). Average of 40 hours per week during peak season. First shift.

Fulfillment Specialist
We are currently looking for a seasonal person to work in our Fulfillment Department.  You must have typing skills, 10-key calculator skills, be proficient in Microsoft Excel, attention to detail, and be able to multi-task as well as handle confidential information.  You must also have proper phone etiquette and some experience with Microsoft Access will be beneficial.  You will work year round approximately 30-40 hours per week with some possible overtime depending on the time of year.  Hours can be flexible. An interview is required.

Receiving Team Lead (Stevens Point)
Assists in the daily operations of the Receiving function at the Stevens Point facility according to established company policy and procedures. Signs for incoming product and checks in incoming freight. Completes stock transfer procedures. Assists in other departments as needed. Quality, accuracy, reliability, friendliness, thoroughness and timeliness of services to internal and external customers. Previous experience a plus. Good problem solving skills, confidentiality, basic math skills, time management skills, ability to be on your feet the entire shift and lift up to 50lbs. Ability to work in both hot and cold environments. Work hours will vary according to general business needs, including periods of lay off. Average 40 hours per week during peak seasons with scheduled and unscheduled overtime to meet department needs.

Gift Assembly Team Lead (Stevens Point)
Working member of a 4-10 person crew who directs, trains, and keeps records. Maintain safety, quality, and line efficiency standards. Previous experience in a production environment desirable. Leadership- motivating skills. License to drive a forklift a plus. Math, reading, writing, and oral communications skills. Ability to stand of extended periods of time, lifting up to 40 pounds. Hand/eye coordination, use of small tools and equipment, self motivated, ability to give directions, team player, dependability, people skills, record keeping skills, and calculator skills.
