Part Time

Performance Tracking Specialist (Marshfield) - 2 openings
Our Performance Tracking Specialist plays a critical role in monitoring, analyzing and controlling the pulse of the call center throughout the day.  This position involves monitoring attendance; schedule adherence and call volume handle times.  Performance Tracking Specialists work closely and collaborates with floor supervisors/support personnel to ensure required staffing levels are adequately maintained for each department throughout the day to best meet customer service level goals and objectives.  Previous experience in a call center environment is helpful.  A successful candidate will be detailed oriented and must be able to maneuver in multiple databases and maintain accuracy while inputting data. Also, be able to multi-task, work independently without direct supervision, is proactive and can react quickly, maintain confidentiality, and is dependable. These positions will run during our peak season from September through January with a period of layoff during the spring and summer.  Day hours: 6am-2:30pm.  Evening hours 3:30pm-11pm.  Workweek will be Monday-Friday and will work 1-2 weekends a month during November and December. Overtime may be required during our peak season.

Fulfillment Coordinator (Marshfield)
This position supports the processing of fulfillment client orders and responds to client needs to maintain appropriate service levels.  This includes maintaining client records, generating reports for management, communicating with clients regarding order status and/or questions, and compiling sales presentations. Qualifications include a high school diploma plus additional training in business or office administration.  Candidates must have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail, must be proficient in Microsoft Office software applications, and must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

Outbound Sales Supervisor (Stevens Point)
This position is responsible for providing front-line supervision and on the floor training support of all seasonal outbound associates. The Outbound Sales Supervisor is also responsible for achieving all sales goals of the department as established by the Marketing department. Qualifications include a high school diploma plus at least two years of previous work related experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Candidates must have excellent management, communications and motivational skills, must be proficient in Microsoft Office, and the have ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Work hours will be 7:30am-4pm, Monday-Friday with rotating weekends included.

Quality Monitor (Marshfield)
This position is responsible for performing periodic audits of Office Operations departments to ensure all processes are consistent with company policies.  This includes ensuring that all customer communication methods are appropriate and professional; communicating concerns, trends and successes throughout departments to enhance services; and documenting observations and providing recommendations for improvement.  Candidates must have excellent communications skills and strong attention to detail, as well as the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

Retail Store Clerk (Marshfield)
This position is responsible for professionally selling Figi’s products in the Outlet Store, while providing excellent customer service.  This includes receiving and pricing merchandise, creating and maintaining visual store merchandise displays, operating cash register for customer purchases, and general housekeeping to maintain a neat clean store appearance.  Candidates must have excellent communication and customer service skills, accuracy and attention to detail, and must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.  Previous retail experience is helpful.  Candidates must have the ability to stand for the duration of a shift and lift up to 40 pounds on a regular basis.

Janitor (Marshfield)
Our seasonal Janitor provides custodial and housekeeping service throughout the facility.  This includes vacuuming, dusting, emptying trash and cleaning restrooms.  Previous janitorial experience is helpful.  Candidates must be able to follow directions and must able to work independently without direct supervision.  This position requires frequent bending, twisting and lifting.

Maintenance (Stevens Point)
This position is responsible for general mechanical and electrical maintenance of machinery in the Shipping Department, building maintenance, shoveling, and emergency checks. This position will also be responsible for assisting in other departments when there are no maintenance duties available. Qualifications include high school diploma or equivalent plus general mechanical and electrical maintenance skills, general plumbing skills, and experience with use of power tools. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Work hours will vary according to general business needs and will average 40 hrs per week. This position will last until January. This position will start out as First Shift and will switch to Third Shift during peak season (Thanksgiving-Christmas) for about 4 weeks. Some weekend work might be required. A Class D-Regular (Auto, Light Truck, Moped) is required.

Security Guard (Marshfield)
Our seasonal Security Guards are responsible for providing a broad range of security detail to ensure a safe work environment.  This includes patrolling assigned facilities, surveillance, and guard shack duties.  Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent; experience in a security role is preferred. Candidates must be able to follow directions and work independently with minimal supervision.  This position requires the ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.  We currently have positions for second shift (evenings), third shift (nights), and weekends.
