Assistant Supervisor - Order Edit (Marshfield) - 2 Positions This position is responsible for assisting the Order Edit Supervisor in supervising and training second shift associates. This position is also responsible for providing support in all areas of the Order Edit Department and ensuring that customer orders are accurate and complete. Other duties include monitoring and encourage associates through positive communication and feedback regarding performance and attendance; advise and coach associates as needed. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of previous work related experience is required. Previous supervisory experience is desired. This position will work 2nd shift through our peak season (September-February), hours may decrease after peak season, there maybe periods of lay-off during non-peak season. Some weekend work may be required. 
Customer Service Supervisor (Marshfield) - 3 Positions This position is responsible for the daily supervision of 25-50 telephone agents performing inbound and outbound customer service activity in the contact center. The supervisor will play an important role in ensuring that Customer Service Representatives are meeting or exceeding established service levels. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, with emphasis in business administration or customer service. One year of previous supervisory experience is required, with a strong emphasis in customer service. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications. Strong supervisory skills are a must. The ability to effectively coach and motivate through positive communication and feedback is essential for success in this role. This position will primarily work second shift hours, with some weekend work required on a rotating basis. This is a year round position that my have some lay off periods during the non-peak season.

Assistant Supervisor-Credit Operations (Marshfield) - 2 Positions An Assistant Seasonal Supervisor is responsible for assisting the full-time supervisors in supervising the second shift associates as well as providing support in all areas of the department and ensuring that customer orders are accurate and complete. This position is also responsible for being a visible resource for Credit Service Representatives; answering questions and taking supervisor calls as well as monitoring and coaching. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, and one year of related pervious experience. Previous supervisory experience is desired. Candidates must have the ability to supervise, direct and advise associates, strong communication skills, ability to work with confidential information, and the ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment with changing priorities. This part time position will generally work during our peak season (September-January) and will have periods of layoff during summer months. Primary hours will be second shift, 2:30 - 10 PM, with some overtime required during December. Weekend work will be required on a rotating basis beginning in November, and candidates must be available to work until 10:00 pm.

Seasonal Employment Clerk (Marshfield) - 2 positions Our Seasonal Employment Clerks assist in processing new hire paperwork for our seasonal workforce. This includes entering associate data into the payroll system, issuing identification & time badges, and ensuring that new hire materials are distributed in a timely manner. Candidates must have excellent computer and data entry skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with payroll or accounting systems is helpful. This seasonal position will work an average of 30-40 hours per week through the Christmas season, with opportunities for overtime and possible weekend work.

Gift Assembly Supervisor (Neillsville) A Part-time Supervisor is responsible for supervising and training 2-10 teams of associates to ensure correct line set-up, crew size, and safety, quality, and line standards are met. Supervisor may also direct up to 10 warehouse associates ensuring inventory movement and accuracy. To be successful in this position, candidates must comply with Good Manufacturing Practice regulations. Qualifications include a High school diploma or equivalent. One year of related experience and previous supervisory experience is desirable. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Candidates must have excellent communications skills and strong attention to detail, as well as the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. This position requires the ability to stand the duration of the shift with frequent twisting, bending, and lifting up to 40 pounds on a regular basis. Work hours will average 40 hours per week and will vary according to general business needs with less hours in the spring timeframe. This is a first shift position with some second shift rotation during peak season running from September-December.
 Outbound Sales Supervisor (Stevens Point) - 2 Positions This position is responsible for monitoring and coaching all contact center associates within the Office Operations department to ensure all communication with the customer is consistent with order processing policies, appropriate in content, professional, and customer friendly. Coaching may consist of floor managing in various departments; providing assistance, positive feedback, and guidance to associates within their departments. Qualifications include a High School Diploma/GED Equivalent plus least one year of related coaching experience. Prior experience in a call center environment is a plus. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Candidates have working knowledge with word processing and spread sheets, excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills, and the ability to work under time pressures. This position requires professional interaction with a variety of people. These positions will average 40 hours per week during our peak season from October through March with possible reduced hours during April and May based on our business need. We are looking for Day (8-4pm) and Evening (2pm-10pm) help. Some weekends may be required during our Christmas rush. First few weeks will be spent training at our corporate location in Marshfield. Travel mileage will be compensated. These positions are based out of our Stevens Point Call Center location.
 Quality Control Inspector (Stevens Point) This position is responsible for assuring that the quality of incoming merchandise in both appearance and freshness meets Figi’s standards and specifications. A successful candidate is comfortable working with computers and has strong communication, interpersonal, and math skills. Candidate will also have excellent attention to detail and is able to work with minimum supervision. This position requires frequent twisting, bending, and reaching, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds on a regular basis. Work hours will vary according to general business needs and will average 40 hours per week with periods of downtime where hours may be reduced based on workload.
 Outlet Store Associate (Marshfield) This position is responsible for professionally selling Figi’s products in the outlet store, while providing excellent customer service. Other duties include receive and price merchandise while maintaining visual display standards when stocking merchandise, assist with inventory control as well as security procedures, and weigh and slice food items requested by customers. Candidates must have knowledge of customer service standards, good oral and written communication skills, the ability to operate a cash register, and must be able to lift up to 40 pounds. Previous experience as well as knowledge in the Microsoft Office products is preferred. This position will work through the Christmas season and will work daytime and evening hours as well as some weekends.
 Activity Coordinator (Marshfield) - 2 Positions An Activity Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and implementing events, as well as meeting with the office operations seasonal associates. The main focus of this position is to plan, organize, promote, and participate in events to encourage, recognize, and retain Office Operations associates. We create a fun and rewarding environment where Figi’s associates know they are valued and appreciated. Candidates must have strong oral communication skills as well as great leadership, motivational, and customer centric skills. This is a 20 hour a week position that will work during our peak season (September-December). Hours will be on a rotating basis between days and evenings, along with one weekend day.
