Customer Service Representatives (Marshfield & Stevens Point)
Our Customer Service Representatives provide exceptional service to Figi’s customers while maintaining customer account confidentiality.  A CSR is responsible for answering incoming calls, taking accurate customer orders, and assisting customers with their order-related problems or concerns. Candidates must pass a phone screen assessment and interview as well as 2 sessions of classroom training (6 days total).  Candidates must have strong oral communication and listening skills, good typing skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment, and must be comfortable working with computers.   Minimum schedule is 16 hours per week.

Outbound Sales Representatives (Stevens Point)
These competitive and energetic positions allow you to make outbound calls to offer Figi’s customers products designed specifically for this program.  Our Sales Representatives do not contact people other than our own customers who wish to be called.  Highly motivated people generally thrive in this area.  You can control your hourly wages through a commission/incentive program.  Candidates have strong oral communication skills and phone etiquette, the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment, and must be comfortable working with computers.  

Order Edit Clerks (Marshfield)
Order Edit Clerks are responsible for researching and correcting customer orders in our computer system.  Candidates must complete 4 days of classroom training.  Qualifications include strong oral communication and listening skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. 

Credit Services Representative (Marshfield)
Our Credit Services Representatives help to finish processing credit and credit card orders by obtaining missing or incorrect information.  This also includes explaining to customers why credit and credit card orders were unable to be accepted and/or processed.  Candidates must pass a phone screen assessment and interview as well as 3 days of classroom training.  Candidates must have strong oral communication and listening skills, good typing skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment, and must be comfortable working with computers.  Minimum schedule is 16 hours per week. 

Data Entry Clerks (Marshfield)
Data Entry Clerks are responsible for accurately entering customer mail orders into Figi’s order system.  Candidates must pass a typing test as well as 4 days of classroom training.  Candidates must have strong typing skills and attention to detail, and must be comfortable working with computers.
