Figi's payment plan is available, upon credit approval, to residents of the USA, US territories, and APO and FPO addresses.
Figi’s Credit Details
Eligibility: The Figi’s payment plan is only available to customers who meet Figi’s credit standards. No interest is charged on the Figi’s credit plan. Credit Reports: You give Figi’s permission to investigate your credit standing by obtaining a credit report or by directly contacting others who have information about you in connection with your application for credit and later in connection with any renewal or extension of credit or the review or collection of your account.
Non-Payment: Figi’s may report information about your account to credit bureaus. Late payments, missed payments, or other defaults on your account may be reflected in your credit report. If your order is placed with an outside collection agency as a result of non-payment, a collection fee of $29.00 will be added to your unpaid balance.
Married Wisconsin Residents: No provision of any marital property agreement, unilateral agreement, or court decree under Wisconsin’s Marital Property Act will adversely affect a creditor’s interest unless, prior to the time credit is granted, the creditor is furnished a copy of that agreement or decree or is given complete information about the agreement or decree.
