Ham Melts| Ingredients: • 1 roll pastry dough
• thin slice of ham
• roasted peppers, thinly sliced
• Swiss cheese, shredded |
Directions:- Preheat Big Boss with inserted sandwich plate.
- Roll out pastry dough and divide into 6 equal squares.
- Place one square on each sandwich section. Place in ham, peppers and Swiss cheese. Top with second piece of dough on each square.
- Close lid and lock. Cook 5 minutes.

Tacos| Ingredients: • 1 roll pastry dough
• 1 cup prepared taco filling
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 cup shredded lettuce
• 2 tomatoes, diced
• 3/4 cup salsa |
Directions:- Preheat Big Boss with inserted sandwich plate.
- Roll out pastry dough and divide into 6 equal squares.
- Place one square on each sandwich section. Spoon taco filling in pocket. Top with cheese.
- Lay another piece of dough over this mixture. Close lid and lick. Cook 5 minutes.
- Serve with lettuce, tomato, and salsa.
