the pancakes were the best buckwheat pancakes i had made and tasted, they were fluffy, and full of flavor, with no bitterness, which is often said of buckwheat. however...
one of the items in the basket had wheat in it, it did not say which one, but wheat was on the list of ingredients for the food items, in order for it truly to be a gluten-free basket, there must not be any wheat or wheat by-products in any of the items in the basket.
ALL of the food was delicious otherwise.
because of the wheat in one of the products, i only rated this 4 stars, if not for that...it would have definitely been a 5 star rating. thank you figi for starting to sell gluten-free items!
