Best prime rib I've ever eaten! I couldn't believe how succulent this prime rib tasted. Preparation was so easy. For those who would like a delicious tip - I brushed Figi's Dipping Oil all over the roast before cooking it and simply added cracked pepper and salt. After around three hours in the oven on a low heat of 325 - 350 degrees I removed the roast and found wonderful meat juices had formed making a perfect dipping sauce. I would allow 1 lb. per person if feeding guests, as it would be hard to eat less of this very tasty meat!!! March 7, 2014
Save your money!! Not only did I get it almost 3 weeks late, yesterday, it was a very small 3 pounds, measuring about 6 inches long and 3 inches wide and tall. I live in Texas so this was a terrible learning mistake for me with a cow on every corner, especially to order for me and family to eat. January 10, 2014

This product is great!!!! The first one I ordered...My wife cooked it the old way...in the oven..etc...This last one...I fired up the grill!!! Yea...I did...I seasoned it with a tad of this a pinch of that and I cut some onion, garlic n some red tatars....wraped it in foil and set it in back right corner with lower fire....I closed the lid of the grill and just drank a cold beer and watched as the smoke started to slowly rise from the stack...I let it grill and sizzle in its natural juices for 'bout an hour to two hours...depending on the smell and sizzle! Took it off the grill, opened the foil and..BBAAMMM!!! It was so tender I could just peel it off and it melted in my mouth!!! GREAT PRODUCT!!! April 29, 2012
