I put them in the refrigeration and they melt in your mouth..................Wonderful gifts...........People learn about something new to them..........Great Taste!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't waste your money
I was very disappointed with the Baklava. It was stale. I considered just chucking it into the wastebasket. Not sure if I'll try to eat another piece.

How I loved the baklava... NOT!
I was disappointed with the baklava, and I can't quite pen it down. It was not as fresh, and tasted old. When I order from a gift company, I guess I come with expectations of freshness. This tasted like the pastries you buy at discount stores in the cellophane wrapping. Normally, I highly recommend Figis, but this failed to pass the test, and disappointed me that I sent out to 4 families, including my own. Tsk! Tsk! Figis! You need to figure this one out!

this product was not very satisfying
I was not very happy with my purchase of the Traditional buklava. It was very dry and hard. When i tried to remove it from the box it was stuck and broke apart. The portion we did eat was not very flavorful and I would not serve it to my guests.I"m very sorry to say, most of it was tossed in the garbage.

Good taste----Too messy
Though enjoyable once into mouth, both boxes I ordered are too messy, with honey, etc., oozing out, top and bottoms come apart when getting out of the box, and they slide apart in hand.

No complaints at all about service or quality of product.
Have ordered many different things from Figi's--always on time and always delicious. Only thing--should be a better way to have senders name in package without buying a card. Many gifts sent from Figi's---postage over sender's name or not noticed by the receiver of gift and did not know who sent them. Please find a better way to display sender's name and message beside the outside of package. Had one here Christmas and had to call to see who it came from.

This baklava looks beautiful in the photographs but I thought it had a slightly bitter aftertaste. Also, I don't think it was made with honey but with sugar syrup or corn syrup. It lacks the richness of traditional baklava.
