name plate was placed on cup at an angle
I was very disappointed when I received this cup. The name plate was at an angle which took away from the cup's personalization and because it is a Christmas gift I do not have the time to return it and request a replacement. I realize that this is a busy season but more attention should be paid to detail.

PERSONALIZED GIFT MUG
I was very disappointed in this product. I ordered one for my hasband, daughter and myself. The way it looks in the catalog, the name plate is riveted on it's not, it's glued on. My husband name plate came off the very next day. Also the name was spelled wrong (my fault). The 2 other mugs so far the names are still in tact.

This is a good gift
The mug is a good size and the colors are beautiful. However the name plates started coming off the mugs in less than one week.

plaque too small
The name I had put on the gold plaque on the personalized mug was so small I had to put my glasses on to see it. There is room on the gold plaque to make the name bigger as it was only 3 letters..Or use a bigger plaque and bigger letters..Also the free fudge I got looked in the catalog to be at least 8 inches round, When I got it I saw it was only about 3 inches round.I guess you took a real close up shot of it. I was going to give that as a gift and coulndt and had to buy something else...

personalization
The mugs were a perfect gift for my boyfriend and my boss who are both professionals. I paired the mugs with beverage warmers and it made the perfect office gift. The personalized name plate was the professional topping on the cake. Both of them proudly display them on their desks.
The only negative was the amount of the shipping charges. The charge almost amounted to the cost of one mug!
