Pressure Cooker/Canner
I bought this for my Daughter in-law and she is very picky. She says she has been using it for the past couple of months canning and making sauces and jams and putting up preserves from her garden harvest. She says she is also using the pot as a stock pot as she cooks for 8 she loves it and even though she was scared to use it the first time, because she had never used a pressure cooker before she said it was easy and has not scared her since. She said it is excellent.
