The milk that goes into Figi's delicious cheeses is created right here in the heart of our rich Wisconsin Dairyland. In fact, most of the dairy farmers who produce it are our partners, friends, and neighbors.
Most Wisconsin dairy farms are family owned, operated by third or fourth-generation farmers. Their care, knowledge, pride, and skill produce the milk that goes into over 600 Wisconsin cheese varieties, of which only the best meet Figi's requirements for taste, texture, and aging.
Our dairy farmers rise early and stay up late. It's hard work, but knowing their milk makes the cheeses that win more awards than any other state or nation makes it all worthwhile.
