Eligibility: The Figi’s three payment plan is only available to residents of the USA, US territories, and APO and FPO addresses who meet Figi’s credit standards. No interest is charged by Figi’s on the three payment plan.
Credit Reports: You give Figi’s permission to investigate your credit standing by obtaining a credit report or by directly contacting others who have information about you in connection with your application for credit and later in connection with any renewal or extension of credit or the review or collection or your account.
Late-Payment: If any of your payments are not received by the payment due date we may charge you a late payment fee of up to $15.00 where permitted by law. A payment will be considered “on-time” if Figi’s received it by 5 p.m. CT on the due date.
Non-Payment: If you fail to make your payments when due, or upon your default if otherwise defined by applicable law, or upon your becoming insolvent of the subject of bankruptcy or other insolvency proceedings, Figi’s will have the right to refuse any further credit and, after giving your notice and opportunity to cure the default required by applicable law, the right to declare your account and all orders immediately due and payable.
Communication Consent: You authorized us, our affiliates, agents, and others calling at our request or on our behalf to contact you at any number or email address you have provided to us or have used to contact us or which is lawfully obtained by or on our behalf for the servicing, management and/or collection of your account. We may contact you in any manner consistent with the information we have obtained, including e-mail, telephone calls and text messages. We may use automated technology for the purpose of contacting you, including but not limited to automatic dialing or similar equipment. We may monitor or record calls from you to us and calls from us to you. When you give us your mobile telephone number we may contact you at the number using automated dialing equipment and we can leave pre-recorded or other messages, even if you are charged for it by your provider.
Married Wisconsin Residents: No provision of any marital property agreement, unilateral agreement, or court decree under Wisconsin’s Marital Property Act will adversely affect a creditor’s interest unless, prior to the time credit is granted, the creditor is furnished a copy of that agreement or decree or is given complete information about the agreement or decree.
Overdrafts: There will be a returned check charge added to your account for each check returned to us by your bank up to the maximum allowed by law in your state. Returned checks may be processed electronically.
