If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact our Customer Service department within 90 days of receipt of product. Do not return perishable items through the mail
- Personalized/Monogrammed Items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.
- Exchanges may be made on non-perishable items for another size or color. Your account will be credited for the item(s) returned and a new order will be placed for the exchange.
- Gallery items may be returned using the Smartpost Returns label on the reverse side. If the item is not in its original packaging, Figi's may not be able to process the return. If the item is a food product, contact us for a prompt resolution at Figis.com/help or 1-800-464-6069.
