Figi's sends order updates, confirmations and even special offers through email. You do not need be registered for an online account to receive emails.
If you placed an order with us in the past, did you register and create a password? We do not require customers to sign in before placing an order however, to view your account information, you will need an online account associated with your customer number.

Once you have created your online account, enter your Figi's Customer number at the bottom of the "My information" page. This will then allow you access to your order history and address book.
