Error Message: "Sorry, the email address you entered does not exist in our database. Please try a different one"
I tried to log in, but the error says, "Sorry, the email address you entered does not exist in our database. Please try a different one". What does this mean?
The email address entered was not found as one of the registered online accounts:
If your email address has changed, you may be able to use your previous email address to log in, just be sure to change it before logging out!
If you placed an order with us in the past, did you register and create a password? We do not require customers to sign in before placing an order, however, to view your account information, you will need an online account.
Did you receive an email? Figi's sends order updates, confirmations and even special offers through email. You do not need be registered for an online account to receive emails.

Once you have created your online account, enter your Figi's Customer number at the bottom of the "My information" page. This will then allow you access to your order history and address book.
